Your responsibilities

independently performing fault analyses and troubleshooting issues with our moldlife^® sense systems, both at the customer's site and at our location in Kirchheim unter Teck
performing maintenance, service, and repair work on hardware and software systems
implementation of our digital systems for national and international clients
conducting user training and technical briefings at the customer's site
technical support and assistance for our customers during ongoing operations
support with the planning, installation, and further development of our moldlife^® sense systems
documentation of service calls and close collaboration with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing

Your profile

a successfully completed technical degree, ideally in electronics, mechatronics, IT systems engineering, or a comparable field
proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
technical aptitude and an interest in digital and networked systems
ability to work in a team, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
proficiency in German, as well as strong written and spoken English skills
class B driver's license
