moldlife® sense?

HACK moldlife® sense is an innovative and unique monitoring system that redefines the entire plastic injection molding process in the digital age.

At the heart of the moldlife® sense system is a powerful and highly automated computer system that monitors the entire mechanics of a plastic injection molding tool. All sensors and functions are fully integrated into the injection mold or injection molding machine.

WHAT CAN

moldlife® sense do?

HACK moldlife® sense monitors the entire lifecycle of the plastic injection mold.
The system allows precise monitoring of the entire mechanics of the injection molding tool, as well as monitoring of faults, downtime, and displaying maintenance tasks and schedules.

Highly accurate sensors detect a wide range of errors, and the system can notify an operator, the injection molding machine, or any electronic system of even the smallest irregularities upon request.

Unlike many other systems, HACK moldlife® sense does not require an internet connection for full functionality. The system processes and calculates all data locally to ensure maximum data security.

OPERATED?

The innovative HACK moldlife® sense system is a standalone and fully automated system.

Process monitoring requires minimal effort on the part of the operator and at the same time ensures high operating safety through intuitive handling, which effectively relieves the operator.

HACK digital solutions configures the system and customizes it specifically for the desired injection mold and the entire production cell.

Upon request, we fully integrate the system into a variety of supported injection molding machines, enabling operation and display directly through the machine’s control system.

moldlife® acoustics

This module monitors the entire acoustic profile of the injection mold and detects even the smallest mechanical irregularities during the molding process.

moldlife® breathing

This module measures and monitors the „breathing“ of the injection mold to optimally adjust the clamping force of the injection molding machine and achieve the highest possible process reliability.

moldlife® maintenance

This module provides accurate maintenance schedules and digital maintenance documentation directly at the injection mold.

moldlife® vision

This module visually captures all processes within the injection mold and helps to transparently track and analyze errors.

moldlife® alignment

This module measures the exact alignment of the injection mold before and during the molding process to prevent even the smallest deviations or shifts of the mold halves and to optimally adjust them during setup.

moldlife® temperature

This module measures temperatures at multiple points to ensure process stability and detect temperature changes early.

COMMUNICATE?

Flexible notification options of the HACK moldlife® sense system include visual and acoustic alerts directly on the injection mold as well as through the injection molding machine.

The HACK moldlife® sense Remote Monitor displays all live data, historical data, maintenance data, and more collected by moldlife® sense on any computer within the network.

With the optional HACK moldlife® cloud, data from all HACK moldlife® sense systems is available anytime and worldwide, enabling notifications and monitoring across borders.

We provide you with detailed insights into the lifecycle of your injection mold, allowing you to flexibly access downtime, maintenance intervals, faults, and much more.

HACK moldlife® sense offers full support for the EUROMAP 82.5 OPC UA standard.
